If you don’t want to change you cannot be made to. Read your rights here. If you are being unreasonably pressured to change, email the details to the GPC and your National User Group for help.
If you want to change we don’t want to dissuade you if you understand the risks, but insist on a GPSoC contract which is transparent – Local Service Provider contracts are secret.
