Three standard agreements have been developed in negotiation with the GPSoC Framework suppliers, PCTs, the Joint GP IT Committee including the chairs of the GP system user groups. These agreements will replace current practice-supplier agreements, simplify the current contractual arrangements and transfer the contractual responsibilities for General Practice IM&T to PCTs. This is a national agreement between CfH and each Framework supplier. It contains the bulk of the terms and conditions under GPSoC. It governs all national requirements for GPSoC services and includes a Call Off Agreement that enables PCTs to contract with the Framework suppliers. Find out more...This is a local agreement between the PCT and each Framework supplier of systems to practices in the PCT. It governs the local arrangements for the delivery of the supplier’s GPSoC compliant system and associated services. All practices that have a GPSoC compliant system from a GPSoC Framework supplier will be included in the same Call Off Agreement. Each practice’s specific requirements will be detailed in the Call Off Agreement.
