Make sure you get the best out of the SLA between your practice and the PCT. This is the only negotiable part of the GPSoC contract. You will be asked to sign the PCT-Practice Agreement, of which the SLA is a part, by the end of April 2008. Talk to your LMC to ensure that they are involved. Negotiate hard to get the level of service you deserve. The SLA is in Appendix 2 of the PCT-Practice Agreement.
